These Terms of Service govern your use of the PayMig website and services provided by PayMig AB, c/o BBI, Biblioteksgatan 4, 374 35 Karlshamn, Sweden.

1. The service

PayMig is a payment-management service that makes Swish payments traceable, categorised and easy to reconcile for associations, churches and auditors. We may update, improve or change the service over time.

2. Account and eligibility

Using the app may require identification via BankID or sign-in via Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent security features, or disrupt the operation of the service. Payments are handled via Swish and are also subject to Swish's terms.

4. Fees

Any fees for the service are disclosed before you enter into an agreement. Payment processing via Swish may be subject to third-party terms and fees.

5. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and software belong to PayMig AB or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish general courts, with Blekinge District Court as the first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection provides otherwise.
